Deliverable A portfolio presentation of products created using Macromedia Flash (or alternative software capable of creating integrated multimedia).

Introduction

This assignment comprises a web-based portfolio in which you will demonstrate your facility with Macromedia Flash (or reasonably equivalent software of your choice).

The five (5) items to be included in the portfolio are identified in the marking guide below. The first four items are the products created in Activities 4.3 to 4.6.

The fifth item should be an original Flash movie (or similar integrated multimedia artefact) designed and constructed by you. Media elements obtained from elsewhere may be incorporated with appropriate acknowledgment provided that the final result is predominantly your own work. Your submission for this piece should include a clear statement of its intended function and a description of significant techniques used in its construction.

Create and publish a web site to display your portfolio. Each of the items should be clearly identified and linked from a table of contents. For each item you should include a brief description of the most important ideas and skills you gained from completing it. Submit a text file containing the URL of your portfolio. For your original item the description should include an indication of the intended functionality of the item and a brief description of any significant techniques you used.
